The seller’s name and address are required to complete your tire registration.

Where To Locate Your Tire Identification Number:

Your tire identification number (often referred to as a DOT code) can be found on the dealer registry card or on the sidewall of your tires. In the photo example below, the tire identification number is R8A63MER4613.

Tire Identification Number requirements:
  • Must be between 8 and 13 characters long
  • Letters I and O cannot be used
  • The last four characters must be numeric
  • The fourth character from the right must be a number less than or equal to 5
IMPORTANT

Only one tire brand can be submitted per registration. A separate registration must be completed for each tire brand.
